I've spent over 5 years supporting high impact early stage biotech companies, VCs, and founders across strategy, growth and community. Currently I am advising early stage startups around growth, market strategy and communications.

Previously I built and scaled Nucleate Dojo, supported Pillar VC’s bio investing team, worked on product operations at Recursion/VL, and a founding team member of Ephla Bio. A core part of the work I do is around democratizing access to scientific innovation. I believe that world's greatest resource is human potential, and science will solve some of the most important problems in our century.
